Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. We seek an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and create an outstanding customer experience.

You will coach, mentor, and manage daily operations to ensure a superior in-store experience and brand alignment. You will lead by example on the sales floor, set goals, train staff, and handle store merchandising, inventory, and opening/closing duties to meet targets and deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Background in customer service in retail or wireless preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Provide your team with training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Analyzing staffing needs and reporting financial and sales data.
• Maintaining store merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Opening and closing store activities and ensuring store uptime.
