CAVA in Lynchburg, VA is hiring an Assistant General Manager to bring its mission and values to life across restaurant operations. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to set store action plans, forecast labor, manage inventory, and develop hourly Team Members in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in supervision, strong leadership, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory/management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA's standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and feedback.
• Support the General Manager with scheduling and staffing.
• Assist with financial reporting and analyzing performance metrics.
