You will partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations, manage schedules, forecast labor, and ensure profitability with strong guest service and team development. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a supervisory role, proven customer service excellence, and the flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Support the General Manager with scheduling and staffing.
• Assist with addressing Team Member issues and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
• Enhance guest experience by upholding high service standards and addressing customer concerns.
• Lead by example in customer service and encourage the team to follow suit.
• Assist with financial reporting, performance metrics, and compliance.
