Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to food quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and feedback.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing and resolve team conflicts.
• Uphold guest service standards and address customer concerns promptly.
• Support budgeting, sales tracking, and cash handling processes.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure food safety training.
