Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Taco Bell in Lenexa, KS. The AGM will support the GM in daily operations, lead shifts, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant leadership, ServSafe certification, and English proficiency. A strong focus on safety, training, and teamwork is essential for success and growth within DRG.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with leadership on all shifts.
• Able to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card.
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of operational tasks while maintaining quality.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members and shift managers to enhance the customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Assist GM with restaurant operations and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with GM on recruiting and onboarding for new hires.
