Qualifications

• 4 years of supervisory experience in restaurant operations.
• Completed Alcohol Service Training Course.
• Experience managing cost controls.
• Experience with POS systems and daily cash controls.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in overseeing all areas of the restaurant and guest service decisions.
• Assess staffing requirements, interview, hire, and train hourly staff.
• Schedule hourly staff within budgeted guidelines.
• Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs (food, beverage, supply, labor).
• Complete invoices, reporting, and payroll duties accurately and on time.
• Manage staff performance per established standards and procedures.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Estimate food/bev costs and supervise provisioning to minimize waste.
• Respond to guest complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
