Kaskaid Hospitality seeks a General Manager for our Minnesota location to lead all restaurant operations, guest service, and team leadership. You will manage staffing, training, cost controls, and ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.

Qualifications

• 6 years of supervisory experience including alcoholic beverage service.
• Completed Alcohol Service Training Course.
• Experience managing cost controls is a plus.
• Experience managing POS systems and daily cash controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on guest service.
• Assess staffing requirements and recruit staff when needed.
• Facilitate changes and policies to ensure management staff follow company procedures and cascade to staff.
• Adhere to standards to increase sales and minimize costs (food, beverage, labor).
• Ensure financial and payroll duties are completed accurately and on time.
