Working with the General Manager, you will implement property-wide and brand service initiatives to exceed guest expectations and deliver strong ROI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hospitality management experience, preferably in a hotel.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Proven track record in guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all brand standards are maintained across property.
• Oversees operation of all hotel property departments.
• Maintains current licenses and permits as prescribed by local, state, and federal agencies.
• Provides a safe working environment per OSHA/MSDS.
• Ensures compliance with corporate accounting procedures.
• Covers front desk shifts as needed.
• Maintains inventory and supplies for each department.
• Assists scheduling against guest and occupancy goals.
• Coaches and counsels managers and supervisors.
• Focuses on guest satisfaction scores and improvement strategies.
• Provides excellent customer service and accessibility to guests.
• Aids managers in proactive hiring and staffing.
