Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Round Rock, Texas to lead with energy and care. You will support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coach the crew, and deliver Popeyes' renowned Southern hospitality.

The AGM role focuses on optimizing operations, guest satisfaction, and team development while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability. The position requires flexibility to cover various shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
• People-first leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Love for fast-paced environments and great food.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
