Job summary

Popeyes in Leander, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coach the crew, and deliver the legendary Southern hospitality.

You will lead shifts, monitor food safety, manage labor and costs, respond to guest feedback, and help hire and train new team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR a plus).
• People-first leadership style with hands-on, lead-by-example approach.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure fast, accurate service and guest satisfaction.

• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
