Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in restaurant or retail (QSR a plus).
• People-first leadership with hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations from front of house to back of house.
• Lead shifts with speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach and motivate the team to meet service goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback with care and resolve concerns.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training.
