Popeyes is looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coach the team, and deliver the brand’s signature Southern hospitality. You’ll lead shifts, ensure quality and service, and drive profitability with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in restaurant management, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
People-first leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Love for fast-paced environments and great food.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
