Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• People-first leadership with a hands-on style.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience managing food and labor costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations from front to back of house.
• Lead shifts ensuring speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team to meet service goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, costs, and profitability.
• Address guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
