Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coaching the crew, and delivering our legendary Southern hospitality.

Lead shifts with confidence, optimize speed and accuracy, monitor quality and safety, and mentor team members to hit service and performance goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• People-first leadership with hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and enjoy good food.
• Flexibility for weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with managing food and labor costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence - ensuring speed, accuracy, and top-tier guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures and other duties assigned.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
