Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coaching staff, and delivering the brand’s renowned hospitality. You’ll help manage labor, food costs, and guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant or retail management, preferably QSR
• People-first leadership style with hands-on, lead-by-example approach
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure speed, accuracy and guest satisfaction
• Coach, develop and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness
• Assist in managing labor, food costs and profitability
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies and safety procedures
• Help with hiring, onboarding and training of new team members
