You will support the Restaurant General Manager, manage daily operations, food safety, labor costs, and guest experiences.

This role requires 3–5 years in restaurant/retail management, a hands-on leadership style, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
• People-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from the front counter to the back of house.

• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures; assist with hiring, onboarding, and training.
