KidStrong St. Johns is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. This full-time role focuses on center operations, sales, and coaching leadership to create outstanding experiences for families.

You will oversee coaching staff, partner with the GM, drive memberships, and help run daily operations in a fast-paced center environment. A strong people leader with instructional skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old.
• Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding a variety of topics.
• Achieve Coach Certification through the HQ Training and Certification team.
• CPR certified.
• Prior experience in management is preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft platforms.
• Experience with systems like ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, and ADP is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Understand the center's KPIs and financials to inform decisions.
• Oversee center-level initiatives (maintenance, training, brand consistency).
• Schedule and sell KidStrong events to maximize center profitability.
• Maintain lead management and close sales.
• Lead coaching team and evaluate coaching candidates.
• Develop staff through LearnUpon and other programs.
• Communicate professionally with co-workers via Slack and Email.
