Job summary

KidStrong St. Johns is seeking a dependable Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. This full-time role focuses on day-to-day center operations, leading the coaching team, and delivering an exceptional family experience while helping grow memberships.

You will partner with the General Manager, manage schedules including weekend shifts, and drive key KPIs. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of 19–22 USD and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, child-centered

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience coaching kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
• Must enjoy working with children and families in a fast-paced setting.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training is required.
• Prior management experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft platforms.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and monitor center KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Lead and coach coaching staff for high-quality programming.
• Partner with GM on onboarding, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Ensure center operations, scheduling, and events run smoothly.
• Drive lead generation, bookings, and membership growth.
• Communicate professionally with families via Slack and Email.
