Job summary

KidStrong Coral Springs seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering exceptional experiences for families and kids while driving center results, sales, and member retention.

The role blends operations, coaching leadership, and team development; you will manage center KPIs, oversee programs, schedule events, and maintain a welcoming, engaging environment for coaches, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience coaching children from crawling to 11 years.
• Passion for working with children and communicating with parents.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• LearnUpon training completion as required by HQ.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Understand the center's KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with families and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee center initiatives such as maintenance and brand consistency.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and scheduling of events.
• Sell and schedule events to maximize center profitability.
• Lead and develop staff; onboarding and training of coaches.
• Communicate professionally with staff via Slack and Email.
• Coach students with a curriculum focusing on Brain, Physical, and Character development.
• Approximately 5–10 coaching hours per week.
