Job summary

KidStrong Cypress is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to drive center growth, coach staff, and deliver an exceptional experience to kids and families. You’ll be the second-in-command to the General Manager, leading outbound sales drives, events, and daily operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing coaching, onboarding coaches, tracking KPIs, maintaining customer service excellence, and hands-on coaching 5–10 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Coaching/sports experience with kids (15 months to 11 years) is required.
• Sales minded with ability to make high-volume outbound calls and close deals.
• High-energy leader with coaching and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead member acquisition with outbound calls (75–100/day).
• Finalize trial sales and memberships in-center or by phone.
• Sell events and schedule camps and parties.
• Serve as MOD when GM is off and mentor coaches.
• Track KPIs and member retention to guide operations.
• Hands-on coaching 5–10 hours per week.
