Job summary

Royal City Bell, LLC seeks an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the GM in daily restaurant operations and uphold Taco Bell brand standards at the Fort Leavenworth location. The AGM leads shifts, coaches staff, ensures safety, and drives guest satisfaction.

You will assist in training, onboarding, and developing future leaders, while helping achieve financial goals and a high-quality customer experience. Strong English, leadership, and ServSafe are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members and shift managers.
• Prioritize health and safety and comply with OSHA regulations.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and development plans for leaders.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and maintain brand standards.
