Job summary

Royal City Bell, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a Taco Bell franchise. The AGM will support scheduling, training, safety, and financial performance while upholding brand standards across shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership development, recruiting, and maintaining high service levels, with a focus on 5-star customer care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• ServSafe certification course & exam required and health card as per local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to complete tasks on time while maintaining quality.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers.
• Prioritize food safety and OSHA compliance.
• Train and develop future leaders; create development plans and provide feedback.
• Assist GM with recruiting, interviewing and onboarding.
• Support GM to achieve restaurant financial goals.
• Provide 5-star customer service and prioritize customer satisfaction.
