Royal City Bell, LLC seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts, coach staff, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced Taco Bell restaurant in Kansas. You will recruit, onboard, train leaders, and support the GM to hit financial goals while delivering 5-star customer service.

This role requires ServSafe, OSHA awareness, and reliable transportation. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of restaurant leadership, a high school diploma, and strong problem-solving skills, with flexible

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification and maintain health card as required.
• Reliable transportation and clean background check.
• Average 45-hour week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, ensure timely task completion while upholding QA.
• Coach and motivate team to prioritize customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety, follow OSHA regulations.
• Train and develop leaders, assist in development plans.
• Recruit and onboard with GM to create welcoming environment.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Provide 5-star service to customers.
• Assist GM in overall restaurant operations.
