Restore Hyper Wellness in Westlake, OH is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in driving studio success. You will oversee training, operations, and client experience while motivating the team to achieve excellence in service.

This role blends leadership with sales support and hands-on operations, creating a culture that delivers five-star service. You will model hospitality standards and mentor staff to grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of management or supportive leadership experience is required.
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and manage both client and staff needs.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in driving studio success through training, operations and client experience.
• Lead by example by delivering five-star client service and coaching staff.
• Support membership engagement, retention and issue resolution to ensure positive client outcomes.
• Coach staff through feedback and recognition, ensuring accountability and growth.
