Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is hiring an Assistant General Manager for the Pittsford studio. You will support the GM in driving overall success, lead training, operations, and client experience while motivating the team to achieve excellence.

The role balances leadership, sales support, and hands-on operations, delivering a consistent five-star service to clients and ensuring brand standards. Evening/weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: 1+ year of management or supportive leadership experience (required).
• Experience: 4+ years of customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and manage both client and staff needs.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality client service by modeling hospitality standards.
• Coach staff on product knowledge, pricing, and staff hospitality practices.
• Meet KPIs by supporting studio sales, marketing, and operations initiatives.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals with the GM and monitor progress.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
