Job summary

CAVA is hiring an Assistant General Manager in High Point, NC. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to implement store action plans, monitor financial metrics, and develop Team Members.

You’ll support scheduling, forecasting, labor, and inventory to run the restaurant at an exceptional level. You will lead by example in customer service, uphold food safety practices, and drive profitability while fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control as part of daily operations.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure adherence to standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and feedback.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and addressing team issues.
• Support with customer concerns to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and financial records.
