Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Raleigh to bring our mission, values, and operational excellence to life for guests and Team Members. You will partner with the General Manager to establish store action plans, monitor financial metrics, and develop hourly Team Members while maintaining exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, staffing, training, and ensuring food quality, safety, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching and feedback.
• Support with scheduling and staffing and addressing Team Member issues.
