CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to drive store performance, guest experience, and team development. You will help with scheduling, forecasting, labor management, and financial tracking in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will lead by example in customer service, train Team Members, and support operational excellence while upholding CAVA's values and standards.
