Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and feedback.
• Support scheduling and staffing decisions for the team.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Uphold high service standards and promptly address customer concerns.
• Lead by example in customer service and promote best practices.
