Job summary

CAVA - Cameron Village is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to drive daily restaurant operations in Raleigh, NC. You will partner with the General Manager to develop store action plans, manage labor and forecasting, and coach hourly Team Members to achieve excellence.

You will focus on sustaining high standards of food quality, service, and safety, while supporting scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and feedback.
• Support with scheduling and staffing.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive environment.
• Enhance guest experience and address customer concerns promptly.
• Lead by example in customer service.
