You will partner with the General Manager to oversee operations, scheduling, inventory, and staff development in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

The role requires 2+ years of managerial experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, a Food Handler certification, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer service in hospitality and/or restaurant.
• 2+ years of proven managerial experience in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and guiding the team.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to manage inventory, labor, and procedures.
• Organize, schedule, and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally.
