You will foster a positive, welcoming environment for guests and staff alike, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of managerial hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven customer service experience in hospitality/restaurant.
• 2+ years of proven managerial experience in hospitality/restaurant.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Food handler certification or local requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team with a focus on guest service and safety.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Motivate staff to maintain fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Collaborate with GM on inventory, labor, and procedures.
• Organize shifts and supervise staff on the floor to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor expo station to guarantee timely, accurate food delivery.
