Job summary

Pura Vida Miami LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a hospitality team in a fast-paced setting. You will educate guests on our nutrient-rich offerings and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and customers.

Responsibilities include hands-on leadership, scheduling, inventory oversight, and ensuring food safety compliance while coaching associates toward exceptional service and consistent, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven customer service experience in hospitality/restaurant.
• 2+ years of proven managerial experience in hospitality/restaurant.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a positive, clear communication style.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Motivate and guide staff to meet and exceed standards of service.
• Collaborate with General Manager on inventory, labor, and operations.
• Organize shifts and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor expo station for timely, accurate food delivery.
