Qualifications

• Experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Understand key KPIs and financials to make informed business decisions.
• Oversee center operations including maintenance and training.
• Foster a coaching culture among staff.

Athletic or coaching background

CPR certified

Intermediate knowledge of physiology
