KidStrong Prairieville is seeking an Assistant General Manager to act as the heartbeat of the center, partnering with the GM to foster growth, development, and excellence. You will lead coaching staff, manage center operations, and drive customer success for families and kids.

The role includes overseeing KPI-driven decisions, scheduling, program delivery, and event sales, with 10–15 coaching hours weekly and a compensation of $35,000.00 - $37,500.00 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a center setting.
• Ability to manage coaching staff and scheduling.
• Comfortable in a physically active environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with KidStrong families and provide exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives such as maintenance and brand consistency.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly center operations and scheduling responsibilities.
• Schedule and sell KidStrong events to maximize profitability.
• Lead onboarding, training, and evaluation of coaching candidates.
• Coach students with a curriculum focusing on Brain, Physical, and Character development.
