Job summary

KidStrong Franklin is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our center leadership team. You will partner with the General Manager to drive a culture of learning, supervise coaches, and deliver exceptional experiences for families while meeting sales and attrition targets.

You’ll manage operations, scheduling, events, and coaching quality, leveraging LearnUpon, ZenPlanner, and CRM tools to track attendance, coaching hours, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with kids 15 months–11 years.
• Passion for working with children and parents.
• Coach Certification and LearnUpon training completed.

Responsibilities

• Center operations including KPIs and finances to guide decisions.
• Sell and schedule events to maximize profitability.
• Lead and coach staff, onboarding, and professional development.
• Deliver engaging coaching with the KidStrong curriculum.
• Maintain safe, active environment for kids and families.
