Job summary

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a Front Office supervisory position, with strong leadership and communication skills. A post-secondary diploma is a plus, and a flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Front Office supervisory role.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of front office operations and strong leadership.
• Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
