Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Front Office supervisory role.
• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and mentor new hires in front office operations.
• Lead by example in delivering guest service and ensure smooth check-in/out.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to optimize financial performance.
