Job summary

Harris Teeter in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Full Time Assistant Customer Service Manager DLT to supervise up to 120 associates across the Customer Service Department and the accounting office. You will support the Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation while upholding company policies and standards.

You will coach and train staff, interview and onboard new hires, monitor audits and loss prevention, and ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 years related experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to 120 associates in Customer Service and accounting office.
• Assist Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation.
• Perform floor monitor duties, interview and train associates.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; assist in performance appraisal.
• Coach/feedback to non-compliant staff; address complaints and resolve problems.
• Ensure audits (Customer Service Store Visit, Loss Prevention Front End) are performed.
• Perform duties of customer service clerks, accounting office associates, cashiers, and baggers as needed.
• Maintain service excellence and adherence to policies.
