Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end operations and ensure fast, friendly checkout service.
• Support customer service programs and respond to concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist with cash handling, tills, and reconciliations.
• Help with hiring, training, and coaching front-end staff.
• Support scheduling, service levels, and daily operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and a positive front-end environment.
• Cover front-end operations in the absence of the Customer Service Manager.
