Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related field.
• Proficiency with CMMS (Corrigo or similar) and ticketing/data reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize information technology tools and platforms effectively.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring contract compliance.
• Proficiency with Corrigo or similar CMMS platforms.
• Basic operational skills in Excel and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations per policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
• Oversee vendor relationships for janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and systems maintenance.
• Track and audit work orders in CMMS to ensure SLA compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and meet KPIs.
• Assist with budget, forecasting, spend reports, and capital planning.
• Manage purchasing, invoices, payments, and monthly reconciliations.
• Lead and develop a professional team delivering extraordinary service.
