Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise associates in restaurant outlets.
• Ensure prompt, courteous service and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare staff schedules and supervise the floor during service.
• Uphold service protocols and steps of service, including upselling.
• Monitor beverage and food quality, cleanliness and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to liquor liability policies and safety procedures.
