Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum guest satisfaction during dining in the restaurant.
• Conduct daily pre-meal meetings with service staff.
• Supervise floor during operation and maintain service protocol.
• Handle guest complaints to guests’ satisfaction.
• Make staff weekly schedules and ensure stations are stocked and ready.
