Job summary

Morgan State University is seeking an Assistant Director for Auxiliary Business Solutions to lead and oversee the bookstore, mailroom, and print shop operations, while exploring new revenue opportunities and expanding services.

Reporting to the Business & Auxiliary Services leadership, the AD will manage vendor contracts, budgets, and strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• 10+ years in retail management or equivalent.
• Experience managing multi-channel operations with $5M+ annual revenue.
• Experience negotiating contracts and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bookstore operations and manage vendor contract performance.
• Oversee mailroom and print shop operations and develop new offerings.
• Develop plans to expand services and drive revenue growth.
