Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• Minimum 10+ years in retail management, campus/storefront operations preferred.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and PCI compliance.
• Experience managing campus-based contractors in bookstore/print/mail operations.
• MBA or related field preferred; extensive campus retail leadership desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop plans and strategies to achieve area goals and ensure compliance.
• Manage contracts with third-party vendors and monitor performance.
• Oversee bookstore operations and inventory with contractors.
• Enhance revenue opportunities and budget management.
