Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Assistant Director to help ensure the safe, effective operation of the school in collaboration with the School Director. You’ll foster a nurturing environment that supports children's social, physical, and intellectual growth.

The role requires prior leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility, 21+ age, and a HS diploma. In the Director’s absence you’ll assume sole responsibility and help recruit and retain staff. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $25.05 starting hourly based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
