Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Director to help ensure the safe, effective operation of the school and to promote the growth of children. In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director takes sole responsibility for the school.

The role emphasizes accountability, staff recruitment, and maintaining a positive school image while supporting profitability and community service.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• Assist in promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• In the Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation/Benefit:

• Compensation $17.69 - $18.37 starting hourly rate salary on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
