Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to help run the school safely and effectively alongside the School Director. The role includes promoting children's growth socially, physically, and intellectually, while ensuring licensing standards are met.

In the Director's absence, you will have sole responsibility for the school. You will recruit and retain quality staff and help uphold a positive image of the company within the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the school operates safely and in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
• Assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation/Benefit:

• Compensation $25.48 - $26.47 starting hourly rate salary on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
