Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Director to help ensure safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children while maintaining a caring, educational environment.

In the Director's absence you will assume full responsibility for the school, lead a team, recruit and retain qualified staff, and support the company’s goals while providing a positive community experience for families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent; meet state education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• Support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
• In the Director's absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Support recruitment, selection, and retention of quality staff.

In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $25.05 starting hourly based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
