Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. in Edison, NJ is seeking an Assistant Director to support the safe, effective operation of our licensed childcare facility alongside the School Director.

In the Director's absence, you will have sole responsibility for the school and for promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children. You will lead staff, recruit and retain quality team members, and help create a caring, educational environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center requirements.

Responsibilities

In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age


• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.


• High School diploma or equivalent.


• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $22.78/starting hourly rate based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
